白血病发病原理和靶向治疗机理研究

> 主要成果

率先提出并实施了白血病基因组解剖学计划,发现了一批新的白血病发病相关的突变基因与融合基因,揭示了白血病发病的新机制,为临床诊断、预后判断和靶向治疗提供了新的生物分子标志和靶标,并建立了急性髓性白血病(AML)预后相关的分子分型体系,进一步完善和丰富了白血病发病的分子机理,为制定分子靶向治疗策略提供了理论依据。以AML中的两个亚型急性早幼粒细胞白血病(APL)和AML-M2b为研究对象,成功地实现了APL 新型协同靶向治疗,并进一步将这一思路拓展至其他类型白血病。她领导的研究团队在包括Nature Genetics、 Science、Development Cell、Nature Commun.、Blood 和PNAS在内的国际高水平期刊发表论文300多篇,被引证数达20000余次。获得国家自然科学奖二等奖、上海市自然科学奖特等奖等国家和省部级科技奖10余项。

1975年毕业于上海交通大学医学院(原上海第二医科大学),1981年获医学硕士学位,1989年获法国巴黎第七大学科学博士。

中国工程院院士,发展中国家科学院院士,法国医学科学院外籍院士。上海交通大学医学院教授、博士生导师。现任中华医学会副会长,国家转化医学研究中心(上海)主任,医学基因组学国家重点实验室主任,上海血液学研究所所长。
