> 课题组简介

  造血(hematopoiesis)是一个动态的、具有代表性的成体组织发育学模型,其稳态维持贯穿和支持个体的一生。 相关的造血细胞内在和微环境细胞学和分子机制尚不清楚。白血病和其它血液肿瘤可视为正常造血的畸异模拟。本课题组以血液恶性疾病发生和发展和正常造血过程为研究对象,试图理解二个系统的自主和微环境特异性调节机制,进而研发控制和消除恶性干性和改善正常造血的的新手段。
