> 课题组简介

  主要从事肿瘤基因组及表观基因组相关的研究。期望通过系统生物学的理念和方法,整合高通量组学技术平台、计算生物学、验证实验生物学等手段,并结合多种肿瘤模型及临床标本,定量地、系统性地探讨肿瘤发生、发展的分子机制,基于逆向工程思想进行药物干预治疗相关的逆转转录调控分子网络的研究。1)利用体外模型研究肿瘤发生、发展机制,并识别潜在靶向治疗分子;2)利用临床病人标本进行肿瘤分子分型及亚型特异性标识分子的识别;3)利用动物胚胎发育标本进行分子网络研究、挖掘相关的调控机制。
