> 课题组简介

  应用经典细胞遗传学、分子细胞遗传学、基因表达谱、基因突变谱、全基因组和外显子组测序、表观遗传学、代谢组学及细胞和模式生物等多种先进的方法深入理解白血病的发生、发展和转归,进一步完善和丰富白血病多步骤发病原理的内涵和分子靶向治疗提供理论基础,实现白血病的精准分型和精准治疗,产生一批领域内有影响力的临床新技术、临床指南、临床标准和临床路径;争取获得一批具靶向治疗潜能的药物,发现新的生物标志或药物靶标;根据白血病多步骤发病原理设计个体化治疗方案,实现除急性早幼粒细胞白血病外的第二种急性白血病的联合靶向治疗的成功。曾获得国家自然科学二等奖(2000年度和2015年度)、上海市自然科学奖特等奖(2014年)、教育部科技进步一等奖(1995年)、上海市科技进步奖一等奖(1994年、1997年)、杜邦科技创新奖(2000年)等国家和省部级重要科技奖项。
