> 课题组简介

  课题组应用系统和整合的理念,发展新一代基因组、转录组、蛋白质组、代谢组分析技术和生物信息大数据平台,开展“白血病基因组解剖学计划(LGAP)/白血病整合化学基因组学计划(LICG)”,以白血病基因组研究为切入点,从各种组学、多个维度全景式展现白血病发病及靶向治疗的分子机理,阐明白血病系统发病原理、核心信号通路和关键调控节点及其分子调控网络,揭示白血病发生、发展和转归规律,发现一批新的分子分型标志物和药物靶标,以及一批新型靶向治疗药物或药物组合,探索白血病精准医学的理论和实践体系,创建白血病预防、诊断、治疗和控制的对策系统。获得国家自然科学二等奖、国家科技进步二等奖、卫生部科技进步一等奖、上海市科技进步学一等奖等国家和省部级重要科技奖项。还在国际上获法国卢瓦兹癌症研究大奖,全美癌症研究基金会第七届圣•捷尔吉癌症研究创新成就奖,全美血液学会阿尼斯特•伯特勒大奖等。
